Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 5 cups broccoli
  • 1/2 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • raisins (optional)

Dressing

  • 1 cup mayo (or mix of mayo & greek yogurt)
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions

  1. Cut broccoli into bite-sized florets. 
  2. Combine broccoli, crumbled bacon, chopped onion, and raisins in a large serving bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients. Add dressing to the salad and toss to mix well.
  4. Chill thoroughly before serving.
