Broccoli Salad

- 1 tsp salt
- 5 cups broccoli
- 1/2 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- raisins (optional)
Dressing
- 1 cup mayo (or mix of mayo & greek yogurt)
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
Instructions
- Cut broccoli into bite-sized florets.
- Combine broccoli, crumbled bacon, chopped onion, and raisins in a large serving bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients. Add dressing to the salad and toss to mix well.
- Chill thoroughly before serving.
